以木本泥炭为原料,研究了活化剂用量、水量、反应温度、反应时间对腐植酸提取效果的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内随着活化剂用量的增大、水量的增大、反应温度的升高、反应时间的延长,提取率也随之上升;其中活化剂用量和水的用量对提取效果影响相对较大。实验筛选出泥炭和活化剂的最优比例为1∶0.16,泥炭和水的最优比例为1∶8。
Using woody peat as raw material, the effects of activator dosage, water amount, reaction temperature and reaction time on humic acid extraction were studied. The results showed that within a certain range, with the increase of the amount of activator, the increase of water amount, the increase of reaction temperature and the prolongation of reaction time, the extraction rate also increased.
