对割草机壳盖零件进行结构分析,利用UG三维建模软件完成壳盖的三维造型,采用装配设计法结合分型面法对壳盖零件的蜡模进行开模设计,接着通过文件格式转换对导入MasterCAM数控加工软件中进行编程,并且生成相应的数控加工代码,最后利用数据接口把数控代码传入数控机床进行加工,提高了壳盖零件蜡模成型设计的开发效率和品质。
