为最大限度地满足特殊轨道工程质量要求,减少断轨隐患,本文针对QU100起重机轨截面大,焊接接头是否具有与母材相当的强韧性问题,采用对比试验方法,对QU100起重机轨U75V及U71Mn的母材、焊态、焊后正火热处理态的接头强韧性进行了对比分析研究。结果表明:U75V、U71Mn钢轨的母材、焊态、正火态接头的强度水平相当,但伸长率、冲击韧性水平差异很大;焊接接头尤其是正火处理后的焊接接头,其韧性明显优于母材。对于锁定轨温要求极高的焊轨工程,只有采用焊后正火处理,才能最大限度地降低断轨率,延长轨道使用寿命。
