建立4 mm厚TC4钛合金搅拌摩擦焊接热输入数学模型,并将模型应用于焊接预热过程温度场仿真,通过试验及有限元模拟进行验证。结果表明,在预热过程中,由于热源固定,其温度梯度呈对称分布,此时温度从最高点向周围逐渐降低,工件在轴肩处温度变化较大,说明轴肩是最重要的热源。
A 4 mm thick TC4 titanium alloy friction stir welding heat input mathematical model was established. The model was applied to simulate the temperature field during the welding preheating process, which was verified by experiment and finite element simulation. The results show that during the preheating process, the temperature gradient is symmetrical due to the fixed heat source. At this time, the temperature gradually decreases from the highest point to the ambient temperature. The temperature of the workpiece changes greatly at the shoulder, which shows that the shoulder is the most important heat source.
