目的研究医院消毒供应室锐器伤的危险因素与控制措施。方法通过实际观察了解消毒供应室工作人员常见锐器伤及其危险因素,提出预防控制措施。结果构成锐器伤害的主要危险因素是徒手接触、摆放不规范、安全意识欠缺和工作紧张等。通过专业培训、规范操作、加强防范、伤后及时正确处理等措施,有效控制了锐器的发生率。结论造成锐器伤的因素明确但可控,通过培训和加强控制措施,可有效降低锐器伤害的发生率。
Objective To study the risk factors and control measures of sharp injury in hospital disinfection supply room. Methods To observe the common sharp injuries and their risk factors of staff in disinfection supply room through actual observation and put forward prevention and control measures. Results The main risk factors for sharps injuries were bare hands, irregular layout, lack of safety awareness and work stress. Through professional training, standardize operations, strengthen prevention, timely and proper treatment after injury and other measures to effectively control the incidence of sharp objects. Conclusion The factors that cause sharp wounds are clear but controllable. The training and strengthening of control measures can effectively reduce the incidence of sharp injuries.
