目的了解安徽省长江流域钉螺分布变化趋势,为制定血吸虫病防治策略提供依据。方法收集1998-2009年间安徽省长江流域钉螺分布面积、复现和新发现钉螺面积及钉螺与感染性钉螺密度等资料,观察其变化趋势,并分析影响其变化的相关因素。结果 1998年特大洪水之后,长江流域钉螺面积出现几次波动,但总体呈下降趋势。新发现钉螺面积在1999、2004年和2006年出现3个高峰期,复现钉螺面积在1998年和2004年出现2个高峰期。江心滩活螺密度及感染性钉螺密度总体上均高于江边滩,江心滩活螺密度在2003年出现高峰期,感染性钉螺密度在2003-2004年、1999年和2006年出现高峰期;江边滩活螺密度及感染性钉螺密度均于1998年出现高峰期。结论长江流域钉螺受自然和社会等多方面因素影响,短期内难以消除,因此在加强钉螺控制的同时,还必须加强传染源控制。
Objective To understand the trend of snail distribution in the Yangtze River Basin in Anhui Province and provide evidence for the development of schistosomiasis control strategies. Methods The snail distribution area, reproductive and newly discovered snail snail area, snail and infective snail density in the Yangtze River Valley of Anhui Province from 1998 to 2009 were collected to observe the changing trend and to analyze the related factors that affect the change. Results After the extraordinary flood in 1998, there were several fluctuations in the snail area in the Yangtze River basin, but the overall trend showed a downward trend. The newly found snail area showed three peak periods in 1999, 2004 and 2006, and the area of snail recurved two peaks in 1998 and 2004. The live lobed density and infective snail density in Jiangxin Beach were generally higher than those in Jiangbiantan. The live lobed density in Jiangxintan peaked in 2003, and the infective snail density peaked in 2003-2004, 1999 and 2006 Period; the density of live lobed and the density of infected snails in the waterfront beach all appeared in the peak period in 1998. Conclusion The snail in the Yangtze River Basin is affected by many factors such as nature and society and is difficult to be eliminated in the short term. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the control of infection source while strengthening the control of snail.
