随着新课程改革的不断推进,在现实的教学过程中,注重最大限度地强化学生的参与意识,切实有效地培养学生“自主学习”的习惯,大力倡导“质疑”、“探究”的精神。同时对教师也提出了更高的要求,教学反思被看做是教师职业发展的决定因素。叶澜教授说过:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师写三年的教学反思,有可能成为名师。”因此,我们要不断丰富教学反思的内涵,促进教师专业化的成长。
