少数民族人力资本作为少数民族经济活动中为相关劳动主体创造收益的可支配性获利手段,受到特定经济背景与民族文化差异的模塑影响,相较中国主流社会的“普同性”人力资本结构,少数民族人力资本的地方性知识与社群性意义,既具有针对特定群体的另类发展力,又能通过异质性裂变摆脱人力资本开发利用的低效度徘徊,融入经济全球化的社会竞争平台,繁衍与增值中华民族人力资源的内聚力。
