每年的英语各种类型考试检测结果表明，听力理解是学生学习英语的一个极为薄弱环节。听力训练是具备一定的科争性和技巧性的，笔者建议应从以下几方面训练：纠正发音，促进群音能力；积极思维，提高预测能力；联系语境，增强判断与推理的能力；应试技巧要注意听力应试中的心理调适；要注意应试答题的方法。英语听力训练是提高听力理解力的重要途径，而应试技巧是为听力能力培养服务的。
The test results of various types of English each year show that listening comprehension is a very weak link for students to learn English.
