将体重20~24g的昆明种小鼠30只,随机分为6组:对照组(给予生理盐水)、氧化锗组(0.5mg/kg),氯化镉Ⅰ组(0.7mg/kg)、氯化镉Ⅱ组(1.4mg/kg)、氯化镉Ⅰ加氧化锗组、氯化镉Ⅱ加氧化锗组。结果表明,小鼠腹腔注射氯化镉24h后,小鼠睾丸内葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)和山梨醇脱氢酶(SDH)的活性明显下降,而用氧化锗和氯化镉联合染毒的小鼠,其睾丸中的G-6-PD和SDH活性均无明显的改变,提示氧化锗对氯化镉所致的睾丸酶活性下降有保护作用。
Thirty Kunming mice weighing 20-24 g were randomly divided into 6 groups: control group (administered with physiological saline), lanthanum oxide group (0.5 mg/kg), cadmium chloride I group (0.7 mg/kg), and chlorine. Cadmium II group (1.4mg/kg), cadmium chloride plus lanthanum oxide group, cadmium chloride II plus lanthanum oxide group. The results showed that the activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD) and sorbitol dehydrogenase (SDH) in mice’s testis decreased significantly after intraperitoneal injection of cadmium chloride for 24 hours. There was no significant change in G-6-PD and SDH activity in the testis of mice co-administered with cadmium chloride, suggesting that lanthanum oxide has a protective effect on the decrease of testicular enzyme activity caused by cadmium chloride.
