粗轧机上辊系平衡液压系统在轧钢过程中出现冲击振动大、管路漏油、元件损坏及系统不稳定现象,造成钢板厚度波动或板型缺陷。经过分析,对上辊系平衡液压系统进行了优化改造,大大减少了冲击振动,提高了生产效率。
