对于深井、超深井而言,钻井过程中钻井液泥浆性起着十分重要的作用。作为循环冲洗介质,具有清洗井底,携带悬浮尘屑,保持井眼清洁。同时传递水功率帮助钻头击破岩石,平衡地层压力,防止井壁坍塌、井漏等。因此如何优化钻井液体系及性能,对提高钻井效率具有重要意义。通过研究区多年来实际钻井经验,对三开钻井过程不同钻井阶段钻井液体系进行进一步优化,形成了适用于研究区钻井液体系。最终有效提高钻井综合效益,达到有效地保护油气层和提高钻井效率的目的。
