本文叙述毫米波段驻波测量器的一般设计原则。介绍该仪器的结构特点。指出简化结构有助于提高仪器的精度。对开槽波导设计了一种新的结构形式——镶嵌式结构。指出镶嵌式结构亦适用于2厘米,3厘米以至10厘米波段。给出了探针检波装置和传动机构的具体结构形式以及有关尺寸数据。初步测试结果表明,仪器的衰减小,其他方面满足一般电性能要求。探针系统需进一步改善。
This article describes the general design principles for millimeter wave standing wave measuring instruments. Describe the structural features of the instrument. Pointed out that the simplified structure helps to improve the accuracy of the instrument. A new structure is designed for slotted waveguide - inlaid structure. Pointed out that the mosaic structure is also suitable for 2 cm, 3 cm and 10 cm band. The specific structure of the probe detector and transmission mechanism and the related dimension data are given. Preliminary test results show that the attenuation of the instrument is small, other aspects to meet the general electrical performance requirements. Probe system needs to be further improved.
