随着人们生活水平的提高,食用菌因其味鲜美、高蛋白、低脂肪等特点,越来越受到广大消费者的青睐。怎样才能生产出数量更多、质量更好的产品,是每个生产者及科研人员密切关注的问题。目前平菇因适应性广,品型较多,营养丰富等特点,因而是人工栽培中最广泛的一种食用菌,但若栽培方法不当,会造成减产甚至绝收。本文主要是针对平菇栽培及管理中所遇到的问题,提出切实可行的解决方法。
With the improvement of people’s living standards, edible mushrooms are more and more favored by consumers because of their delicious taste, high protein and low fat. How to produce more and better quality products is a problem that every producer and researcher pays close attention to. At present, Pleurotus ostreatus is one of the most widely cultivated edible fungi in artificial cultivation because of its wide adaptability, large variety and rich nutrition. However, if cultivated improperly, it will result in a decrease in yield or even an absolute surplus. This article is mainly for the mushroom cultivation and management problems encountered in the proposed practical solutions.
