以丁醛氰醇、甲醇、氯化氢为原料合成了2-羟基戊酸甲酯。通过实验得到的最佳合成条件是:以甲醇为溶剂和反应物,加入丁醛氰醇,之后在0~10℃条件下向反应液通入氯化氢气体,控制n(丁醛氰醇)∶n(甲醇)∶n(氯化氢)∶n(水)=1.00∶3.00∶1.20∶1.10,保温8h后加入蒸馏水,经过水解、过滤、蒸馏得到目标产物2-羟基戊酸甲酯,产品收率68%以上。
