介绍了430 m3高炉卷扬机系统在给高炉加料时对料车的起步及行驶速度的控制,准确控制料车的位置,防止料车在运行过程中出现飞车、挂车及溜车等事故。说明了使用PLC为核心的电气控制系统来实现料车在运行过程中速度调整,给出了控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计,系统充分利用了PLC可操作性强的特点,提高了系统的可靠性。
This paper introduces the control of the starting and running speed of the material hopper when the 430 m3 blast furnace hoist system feeds the blast furnace and accurately controls the position of the material hopper and prevents the occurrence of flying, trailer and rolling off accidents during the running of the material hopper. The electrical control system with PLC as the core is introduced to realize the speed adjustment of the car in operation. The hardware structure and software design of the control system are given. The system makes full use of the PLC operability and improves the reliability of the system Sex.
