粘液表皮样癌在大涎腺中几乎都发生在腮腺和颌下腺,发生在舌下腺者极为少见,Erersel(1970)报道为0.4％,本院曾遇1例,报告如下: 周××,女,50岁,住院号B—4295。1982年3月30日因右侧舌下无痛性包块3年入院。患者3年前发现右侧舌下有一花生米大肿物,缓慢生长,无疼痛,偶有不适胀感,未做过任何治疗。全身检查无异常。局部检查在右侧舌下皱襞处有一5.0×1.5cm纵行的中等硬度、表面光滑之不活动的肿块,舌下腺导管口分
Mucinous epidermoid carcinomas occur in the parotid glands in the parotid and submandibular glands. It is extremely rare in the sublingual glands. Erersel (1970) reported 0.4%. This case has met with one case. The report is as follows: Zhou × ×, female , 50 years old, hospital number B - 4295. On March 30, 1982, the painless mass was admitted to the hospital on the right side of the tongue for 3 years. The patient discovered 3 years ago that there was a large peanut mass on the right side of the tongue, slow growth, no pain, occasional discomfort, and no treatment. There was no abnormality in the whole body examination. Partial examination of a 5.0 × 1.5 cm longitudinal median rigid, smooth-surfaced, inactive mass at the sublingual fold of the sublingual gland.
