英国作为现代教育的发源地,在职业教育这一领域也有着自身鲜明的特色,其职业技术教育理实一体化的结合、国家职业资格制度的建设都值得我们借鉴。更值得一提的是,英国中职课堂教学方式和教育理念的独特性:清晰科学的教学目标的设定,彰显个性差异的分层教学方法;多样化的分小组学习,头脑风暴和角色扮演的灵活使用;评价的标准、方式、主体的综合化和立体性。本文将分别从教学目标的特色设定、小组合作学习、多样化的课堂评价体系三方面探讨英国中职课堂教学方式。
