在中国环境法学科发展的现阶段,环境法教材的品种与数量较多,名称不一。在编写该学科教材时,不应纠结于教材的名称与拘泥于知识板块的排列组合,而应该考虑编写哪些内容,以及内容的稳定性问题。为编写一本内容稳定的环境法教材,应摒弃对环境法律法规进行平铺直述的写作方式,“过滤”环境法的具体规定与细节的东西,注重知识点的提炼与理论升华。在编写的方式方法上,应处理好环境法教材“个性”与“共性”的关系。
At the present stage of the development of discipline of environmental law in China, there are many varieties and quantities of environmental law textbooks with different names. In the preparation of the subject textbook, should not be entangled in the name of the textbooks and rigidly aligned knowledge of the plate arrangement, but should consider what to write, as well as the stability of the content. In order to prepare a textbook on environmental law that is stable in content, we should abandon the straightforward writing method of environmental laws and regulations, “filter” the specific provisions and details of environmental law, and pay attention to the refinement and theoretical distillation of knowledge points. In the preparation of ways and means, should be dealt with environmental law teaching material “personality ” and “commonality ” relationship.
