龙泉市1974年首次发现EHF病例。22年来,辖区传染病病谱中,EHF的构成逐年增大。该病的发病率顺位也从70年代的第11、12位跃居至90年代的第1、2位,成为我市近年危害最严重的传染病之一。本文应用圆形分布法及直线相关等技术对龙泉市1974~1995年EHF疫情资料进行统计分析,以阐明本市EHF发病的时间分布规律,为EHF的监测及防制工作提供科学依据。资料与方法1.资料来源:1974~1995年EHF发病资料来自龙泉市卫生防疫站疫情统计报表。2.整理及分析方法:(1)统计历年EHF发病数。按当地统计部门提供的辖区历年人口资料,计算年发病率。并按时间序列作线图,以分析发病率高峰周期。
Longquan city in 1974 found the first case of EHF. In the past 22 years, the constitution of EHF in the area has been increasing year by year. The overall incidence of this disease also jumped from the 11th and the 12th in the 1970s to the first and the second in the 1990s, making it one of the most endangered infectious diseases in our city in recent years. In this paper, circular distribution and linear correlation techniques were used to analyze the EHF outbreak data from 1974 to 1995 in Longquan to clarify the time distribution of EHF in this city and provide a scientific basis for EHF monitoring and control. Data and methods 1. Source: The incidence of EHF from 1974 to 1995 was from the epidemic situation statistics of Longquan City Health and Epidemic Prevention Station. 2. Sorting and analysis methods: (1) statistical incidence of EHF over the calendar year. Calculate the annual incidence rate according to the population information of the area provided by the local statistical department. And time series for the line graph to analyze the peak incidence cycle.
