目的：研究制订益气免疫颗粒质量标准。方法：用薄层色谱法鉴别方中黄芪、淫羊藿两味中药；用醇溶性浸出物测定法的热浸法，测定本品乙醇浸出物。结果：供试品色谱中分别检出黄芪甲甙与淫羊藿甙的斑点；乙醇浸出物的测定（n=5），结论：两项鉴别及浸出物的测定，可作为本品质量标准中的部分主要控制指标。
Objective: To study and formulate quality standards for Yiqi immune particles. METHODS: TLC was used to identify the Chinese traditional medicines of Radix Astragali and Epimedium, and the alcohol extract was determined by hot dipping method using alcohol soluble extract. RESULTS: The spots of Astragaloside and Epimedium were detected in the chromatograms of the test samples respectively; the determination of alcohol extracts (n=5) was concluded: the two identifications and the determination of extracts can be used as the quality standard of this product. Some of the major control indicators.
