随着电力工业的迅速发展，燃煤电厂排放粉煤灰逐年增多，因此粉煤灰综合利用技术是建设部“九五”期间重点推广地用１０顶新技术之一。精粉煤灰运用到建材领域里已形成了共识，同时向研制高附加值及多切能系列建材的主产与运用途径发展。
With the rapid development of the power industry, fly ash discharged from coal-fired power plants has been increasing year by year. Therefore, the comprehensive utilization of fly ash is one of the 10 new technologies promoted by the Ministry of Construction during the “Ninth Five-year Plan” period. The application of fine fly ash in the field of building materials has reached a consensus and at the same time it has been developed into the main production and application of high value-added and multi-cut building materials.
