本试验明确了玉米丝黑穗病菌的冬孢子在中性或偏酸性的条件下有利于冬孢子萌发,pH=3.pH=5和pH=7的冬孢子最高萌发率分别为33.2%,48.8%和37.2%;黑暗促进冬孢子萌发,连续黑暗处理48h和72h的冬孢子萌发率分别为28.4%和27.2%;而连续光照处理48h和72h的冬孢子萌发率仅为13.2%和11.8%;冬孢子萌发适温为25℃左右,其萌发率为32.06%;冬孢子在60℃热水中处理10min即丧失萌发力;氧气促进冬孢子萌发。
In this experiment, it was confirmed that the teliospore of pathogen of corn ear smut is beneficial to the germination of teliospores under neutral or acidic conditions, pH = 3. The highest germination rates of teliospores were 33.2%, 48.8% and 37.2% at pH = 5 and pH = 7 respectively. The germination rate of teliospores germinated in darkness for 48h and 72h was 28 .4%, and 27.2% respectively. However, the rate of teliospore germination was only 13.2% and 11.8% at 48h and 72h respectively. The suitable temperature for teliospore germination was about 25 ℃, and the germination rate was 32.06 %; Winter spores in 60 ℃ hot water treatment 10min lost germination force; oxygen to promote winter spore germination.
