为了解深圳市初中科学教师素养的现状,采用自编问卷对635名深圳特区内外的初中科学教师进行了调查研究,并对部分教师进行了访谈,结果表明:(1)深圳市初中科学教师素养普遍不高,尤其突出的是科学能力、科学理念、教育能力、教育情意、教育理念等方面的得分均在40%以下;(2)科学素养相对教育素养更低;(3)低学历、低职称教师比高学历、高职称教师素养略低,但不显著。究其原因,既与教师本人的主观努力有关,也与教师受到的职前教育、职后培养、社会环境等外部因素相关。
In order to understand the status quo of science teachers’ qualifications in junior high school in Shenzhen City, a self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a survey of 635 middle school and junior high school science teachers both inside and outside Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Some teachers were interviewed. The results showed that: (1) Generally not high, especially prominent scientific ability, scientific philosophy, educational ability, educational affection, educational philosophy and other aspects of the scores are below 40%; (2) scientific literacy is lower relative to educational attainment; (3) low education, low Professional titles of teachers than highly educated, higher vocational education teachers said slightly lower, but not significant. The reason is not only related to the teacher’s own subjective efforts, but also related to external factors such as pre-service education, post-employment training and social environment.
