甲状腺激素的基本作用是维持机体的正常代谢。但某些恶性肿瘤,如胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌等患者血清甲状腺激素有明显的改变。现将观察的46例食管癌患者手术前后血清T_3、T_4的变化,报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 资料 食管癌46例,男38例,女8例;年龄42～78岁。按全国恶性肿瘤诊治规范TNM分期标准:Ⅰ期5例,Ⅱ_a期8例,Ⅱ_ b期8例,Ⅲ期11例,Ⅳ期14例。手术方式:食管癌根治性切除术31例,姑息性切除15例。 1.2 测定方法 46例食管癌患者均于手术前及术后
The basic role of thyroid hormones is to maintain the normal metabolism of the body. However, some patients with malignant tumors, such as gastric cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer, have significant changes in serum thyroid hormones. The changes in serum T3 and T4 before and after surgery in 46 patients with esophageal cancer will be reported as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Data 46 cases of esophageal cancer, 38 males and 8 females; aged 42 to 78 years old. According to national norms for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors, TNM staging criteria: 5 cases in stage I, 8 cases in stage IIa, 8 cases in II_b, 11 cases in III, and 14 cases in IV.
