为了减少因分布模型选择不当而造成分析误差,提出基于非参数统计的飞机部件使用可靠性分析方法,采用KaplanMeier完成可靠度计算及置信区间估计。基于分析得到的自由寿命数据进一步得出该部件可靠性寿命模型,综合使用KS检验及相关系数法确定样本数据总体分布的最佳拟合函数,并选择非线性秩回归(NLRR)进行分布函数进行参数估计,确定可靠性特征量。随后对各特征量随时间变化趋势图进行分析,寻找系统可靠性参数的演变规律,为基于MSG-3维修思想的维修时间间隔调整提供必要的理论依据。
In order to reduce the analysis error caused by improper selection of distribution model, a reliability analysis method of aircraft components based on non-parametric statistics is proposed, and KaplanMeier is used to complete the reliability calculation and confidence interval estimation. Based on the analysis of the free life data, the reliability life model of the component was further obtained. The best fit function for determining the overall distribution of the sample data was determined by using the KS test and the correlation coefficient method. The nonlinear regression (NLRR) Parameter Estimation to Determine Reliability Feature Quantity. Then the trend of each feature with time trend analysis to find the evolution of the system reliability parameters for maintenance based on MSG-3 maintenance interval adjustment provides the necessary theoretical basis.
