本文介绍了作者自行设计和组装的高温高压三轴蠕变仪的结构、组成、性能及使用情况。该蠕变仪是为研究石油工程中岩石的流变问题而设计的,它能达到的试验温度为200℃,试验围压为200MPa,试验孔隙压力为70MPa,能模拟地下6000m深的温压条件,试件尺寸为φ50×(100~500)mm。蠕变仪由高温高压室、加压恒压系统、加温恒温系统、数据采集系统等部分组成,能实现长期恒温恒压,自动定时采集记录数据,试验周期可长达一个月以上。使用情况表明,该装置结构简单,稳定性好,精度高。它不仅可以测定高温高压下的岩石蠕变特性,而且可以进行高温高压下岩石常规力学性能(如弹性参数、强度等)的测试,是一套功能齐全,使用方便的试验装置。
This article describes the structure, composition, performance and usage of the high temperature and high pressure triaxial creep meter designed and assembled by the author. The creep meter is designed to study the rheological problems of rock in petroleum engineering. It can reach the test temperature of 200 ℃, the test confining pressure of 200MPa and the test pore pressure of 70MPa, which can simulate the temperature and pressure conditions of underground 6000m , The specimen size is φ50 × (100 ~ 500) mm. Creep from the high temperature and pressure chamber, pressurized constant pressure system, heating temperature system, data acquisition system and other components, to achieve long-term constant temperature and pressure, automatic timing record acquisition data, the test period of up to one month or more. Usage shows that the device has the advantages of simple structure, good stability and high precision. It not only can measure the rock creep characteristics under high temperature and high pressure, but also can test the rock mechanical properties (such as elastic parameters, strength, etc.) under high temperature and high pressure.
