ER,PR状态在乳癌激素治疗的作用已被肯定,影响ER,PR的因素仍在进一步探讨中.至今尚未见到肥胖和年龄与之相关的报道.应用DCC法检测了603例乳癌肿瘤组织中ER及PR含量,通过卡方试验进行统计学分析.在20~40岁组,ER(+)、PR(+)率低于41~60岁组,ER(-)、PR(-)率则高于41~60岁组.在51~60岁组,PR(+)率或ER(+)、PR(+)率明显低于41~50岁组,但高于60岁以上组,ER(-)、PR(-)率则比两组均高.
The role of ER and PR status in the treatment of breast cancer hormones has been affirmed, and the factors affecting ER and PR are still being further explored. Obesity and age-related reports have not been seen so far. DCC was used to detect 603 breast cancer tumor tissues. ER and PR content were statistically analyzed by the Chi-square test. In the 20 to 40-year-old group, the ER (+) and PR (+) rates were lower in the 41 to 60-year-old group, and the ER (-) and PR (-) rates. Higher than the 41-60-year-old group. In the 51-60-year-old group, PR (+) rate or ER (+), PR (+) rate was significantly lower than the 41-50-year-old group, but higher than the 60-year-old group, ER ( -), PR (-) rate is higher than both groups.
