比较研究不同淹水程度对淮南煤矿塌陷区池杉的生理生化特性。结果表明,不同的淹水程度显著影响池杉的叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量以及相对电导率。其中,可溶性糖含量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量随着淹水深度的增加先下降后上升,叶绿素含量随着淹水深度的增加先上升后下降。研究表明在适度的淹水条件下,池杉适应于生长;而当水分过度饱和的情况下,不利于池杉的生长。
Comparative Study on Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Taxodium ascendens in Subsidence Area of Huainan Coal Mine. The results showed that different degrees of flooding significantly affected chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde content and relative conductivity of Taxodium ascendens. Among them, soluble sugar content, relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content decreased first and then increased with the increase of flooding depth, and chlorophyll content first increased and then decreased with the increase of flooding depth. Studies have shown that under suitable conditions of flooding, Ipomoea cirsium adapted to grow; and when the water is too saturated, is not conducive to the growth of Iii fir.
