孩子的出路,攸关每一个家庭的幸福与未来。然而,近年来,毕业即失业、就业不如意等问题也一直困扰着不少家庭。尤其对于民族地区的贫困家庭来说,能为孩子提供的资源本就有限,孩子上大学通常也让这些家庭承受了不小的经济压力。与此相对应的,是另一个尴尬的事实:不少民族地区学生所学的专业与用人单位需要的岗位不匹配。2012年,46家中央企业在中央民族大学招收新疆、青海、西藏籍毕业生,所提供的3600多个就业岗位中,95%的岗位需要理工科专业毕业生,而前来应聘者专业对口的不到5%。
