从宣传角度讲,扩大企业及其产品知名度的重要手段,一靠广告,二靠大众传媒的宣传。广告对于企业带来的经济效益是不言而喻的。但广告也有它的局限性,因为它是企业自己“推销”自己,有“王婆卖瓜”之嫌,难免在消费者心目中打了折扣。如果善于利用大众传媒,让第三者“推销”自己,其效果会更好些。企业通过大众传媒宣传自己,企业负责人固然起主要作用。但企业秘书由于了解企业的全面情况,掌握企业发展的最新信息,在向大众传媒提供宣传的资料方面具有特殊的优势,因而,可以在这方面发挥重要作用。本文要探讨的,是企业秘书人员在向传媒提供宣传材料和同媒体打交道时需要注意的问题。笔者认为,企业向大众传媒提供信息和资料时,必须弄清媒体所需的基本要求,也就是既要满足记者的,
