包头矿是一种复合矿,它含有铁、稀土和氟、钾、钠等元素。使用目前选矿方法所获得的铁精矿,生产球团时,由于精矿品位低,氟、钾、钠含量高,球团矿的还原膨胀大,还原后强度差。为了解决包头矿的综合利用和降低精矿含氟量,北京矿冶研究总院等单位,研究成功了一种新的选矿方法。但由于选矿工艺的需要,精矿粒度特别细。 本文介绍了这种特细精矿的特点以及造球、焙烧过程中存在的问题。试验表明只要采用合适的措施和合理的焙烧制度,是可以生产出优质球团的。
Baotou mine is a complex ore, which contains iron, rare earth and fluorine, potassium, sodium and other elements. Iron ore concentrates obtained by the current beneficiation method are of poor strength and low strength after being reduced due to the low concentrate grade, high fluorine, potassium and sodium contents and large reduction and expansion of the pellets when the pellets are produced. In order to solve the comprehensive utilization of Baotou Mine and reduce the fluorine content of concentrate, Beijing Mining and Metallurgical Research Institute and other units successfully studied a new beneficiation method. However, due to the needs of beneficiation process, the fine particle size is particularly fine. This article describes the characteristics of this ultra-fine concentrate and pelletizing, roasting process problems. Experiments show that as long as the appropriate measures and reasonable baking system, can produce high-quality pellets.
