为了研究预应力活性粉末混凝土梁的抗裂性能,通过改变非预应力筋配筋率,对8根预应力活性粉末混凝土矩形截面简支梁进行抗弯性能试验研究,分析不同非预应力筋配筋情况对试验梁受力性能的影响;探讨了试验加载阶段中裂缝形式、裂缝分布、裂缝间距、开裂荷载及抗裂度验算。结果表明:非预应力筋配筋率对试验梁开裂前的抗弯性能基本无影响,开裂后期,随配筋率的增加,极限弯矩增加明显;平均裂缝宽度、最大裂缝宽度和平均裂缝间距随配筋率的增大而减小;在正常使用极限状态下,活性粉末混凝土预应力钢筋能充分发挥两者协同工作时强度。
In order to study the crack resistance of prestressed reactive powder concrete beams, the bending performance of 8 prestressed reactive powder concrete rectangular cross-section simply supported beams was studied by changing the ratio of non-prestressed tendons and the influence of different non-prestressed tendons The influence of the condition of tendons on the bearing capacity of the test beam; the crack form, the crack distribution, the crack spacing, the cracking load and the checking of the crack resistance in the test loading stage are discussed. The results show that the ratio of non-prestressed tendons has little effect on the flexural behavior of the test beam before cracking. In the late stage of cracking, the ultimate moment increases with the increase of the ratio of reinforcement; the average crack width, the maximum crack width and the average crack spacing With the increase of the reinforcement ratio, it decreases; under the condition of normal use, the prestressed reinforced concrete with activated powder concrete can give full play to the strength of the two together.
