Maxim推出集成了USB收发器的高性能16位RISC微控制器MAXQ622。该款微控制器针对低功耗应用而设计,采用外部电源(1.7V至3.6V)供电或直接由USB电源供电。当连接USB接口时,智能电源监测电路可主动将器件的供电电源由主电源切换至USB电源,从而节省了电能。MAXQ622在停止模式下仅消耗300nA(典型值)的超低电流,可进一步延长电池使用寿命。这种独特的省电特性使MAXQ622能够理想用于远端控制、安全系统、温度调节器、血压监测仪以及其它多种消费类电子产品和医疗设备。
Maxim Introduces the MAXQ622, a High-Performance 16-Bit RISC Microcontroller with Integrated USB Transceiver. Designed for low-power applications, this microcontroller is powered from an external power supply (1.7V to 3.6V) or directly from a USB power supply. When connected to the USB interface, the smart power monitoring circuit can actively switch the power supply of the device from the main power to the USB power, saving power. The MAXQ622 consumes only 300nA (typical) ultralow current in stop mode to further extend battery life. This unique power-saving feature makes the MAXQ622 ideal for remote control, safety systems, temperature regulators, blood pressure monitors and many other consumer electronics and medical devices.
