21世纪是信息时代,信息素养是公民必备的基本素质。九年义务教育阶段的流动儿童由于其身份的特殊性、学习的中断性,其信息素养缺失现状不可忽视。关注流动儿童信息素养的提高也就是关注国家的未来。笔者通过分析流动儿童信息素养缺失的现状及其原因,提出了相应的解决对策。
The 21st century is the information age, and information literacy is the essential quality of citizens. During the nine-year compulsory education, migrant children can not ignore the status quo of information literacy because of their special status and learning interruption. Concerned about the improvement of mobile children’s information literacy is also concerned about the country’s future. By analyzing the current situation and reasons of the lack of information literacy for migrant children, the author puts forward corresponding solutions.
