目的了解江阴市中小学校医(保健老师)的现状,完善校医(保健老师)队伍的管理和建设,为促进学校卫生工作开展奠定良好的基础。方法采用封闭问卷调查的方式,分别于2007年和2011年对江阴市所有公立中小学校医及保健老师基本情况进行调查。结果校医队伍专业化程度低,卫生技术专业人员的比例仅为29.91%;校医的年龄偏大;校医队伍不稳定,频繁更换人员,从事学校卫生工作<5年的人员占42.99%。结论应加强学校卫生的队伍建设,规范校医资格准入制度,严格管理,努力解决校医队伍的编制、职称、待遇等问题,保证学校卫生工作人员的综合素质满足学校卫生事业发展的需求。
Objective To understand the status quo of primary and secondary school doctors (health teachers) in Jiangyin and to improve the management and construction of school physicians (health teachers), so as to lay a good foundation for promoting the school health work. Methods A closed questionnaire was used to investigate the basic conditions of all primary and secondary school medical and health teachers in Jiangyin in 2007 and 2011 respectively. Results The degree of specialization of school physicians was low. Only 29.91% of them were technical health professionals. The age of school physicians was too large. The school physicians were unstable and their staffs were frequently replaced. The number of staff who engaged in school health work <5 years accounted for 42.99%. Conclusions Should strengthen the construction of the team of school health, standardize the admission system of school medical qualifications, strict management, and strive to solve the establishment of the medical team, titles, treatment and other issues to ensure that the overall quality of school health staff to meet the needs of the development of school health.
