利用固体脉冲Nd:YAG激光器研究脉冲工作电流、扫描速度和光斑直径对阀芯端帽工作面激光合金化质量的影响,以合金层的表面硬度和厚度作为衡量指标,通过正交试验得出最优工艺参数组合为:脉冲工作电流I=75 A,扫描速度v=80 mm/min,光斑直径d=1.5 mm。
The effects of pulse operating current, scanning speed and spot diameter on the laser alloying quality of valve core endface working face were studied by using solid pulsed Nd: YAG laser. The surface hardness and thickness of the alloy layer were taken as the measurement indexes. The orthogonal experiment The optimal combination of process parameters is: pulse operating current I = 75 A, scanning speed v = 80 mm / min, spot diameter d = 1.5 mm.
