以汽车发动机用耐热AM80合金为研究对象,借助OM(金相)、SEM(扫描电镜)、XRD(X射线衍射)等测试方法,研究了Ca、Sr微合金化对AM80合金的变质作用规律。结果表明,单独添加Ca可以有效细化合金的晶粒,主要物相有:α-Mg、和β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相和少量的Al_2Ca相;复合添加Sr和Ca,Sr含量的增加可以在一定程度上抑制β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相的析出,但是同时会增加晶界处Al_2Ca相的含量。
Taking the heat resistant AM80 alloy of automobile engine as the research object, the modification rules of Ca, Sr microalloying on the AM80 alloy were studied by means of OM, SEM and XRD. . The results show that the addition of Ca can effectively refine the grain size of the alloy. The main phases are α-Mg, β-Mg 17 Al 12 phase and a small amount of Al 2 Ca phase. The contents of Sr, Ca and Sr Can inhibit the precipitation of β-Mg_ (17) Al_ (12) phase to some extent, but at the same time it increases the content of Al_2Ca phase in the grain boundary.
