目的观察壳寡糖对S180荷瘤鼠免疫功能的影响。方法分组给药10 d后,处死小鼠测定壳寡糖对肿瘤生长的影响;采用3H-TdR法测定T淋巴细胞增殖情况及NK细胞活性。结果壳寡糖抑瘤率为42.03%;壳寡糖对荷瘤鼠T细胞增殖有明显的促进作用;壳寡糖可明显提高荷瘤鼠NK细胞活性。结论壳寡糖可以通过增强T细胞及NK细胞活性调节免疫功能,达到抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To observe the effect of chitooligosaccharides on immune function in S180 mice. Methods The mice were killed 10 days after the mice were sacrificed to determine the effect of chitooligosaccharides on tumor growth. T lymphocyte proliferation and NK cell activity were measured by 3H-TdR method. Results The inhibitory rate of chitooligosaccharides was 42.03%. Chitooligosaccharides significantly promoted the proliferation of T-cells in tumor-bearing mice. Chitooligosaccharides could significantly increase the activity of NK cells in tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion Chitooligosaccharides can modulate the immune function by enhancing the activity of T cells and NK cells to achieve anti-tumor effect.
