目的 胃癌中 p5 3基因突变的研究很多 ,通过特殊免疫组化染色方法研究早期高分化型胃癌的组织学发生与 p5 3基因突变是否有相关性。方法 手术切除的 5 0例早期高分化型胃癌标本 ,经甲醛固定 ,石蜡包埋后 ,连续切 6片 ,每片厚度 3μm ,并经常规苏木精 伊红及特殊免疫组化染色 (GOS ,45M 1,ConA Ⅲ ,HID AB ,MUC 2 ,CD10 ,p5 3)。 结果 本组早期高分化型胃癌中 ,p5 3染色阳性率42 .0 % (2 1/ 5 0 ) ,其中胃型分化型胃癌 4例 (幽门腺型 2例 ,腺窝上皮型 2例 ) ,p5 3染色阳性率 5 0 .0 % (2 /4) ;肠型分化型胃癌 2 7例 (完全肠型 11例 ,不完全肠型 16例 ) ,p5 3染色阳性率 44 .4% (12 / 2 7) ;混合型分化型胃癌 18例 (Ⅰ型 11例 ,Ⅱ型 7例 ) ,p5 3染色阳性率 38.9% (7/ 18) ;不能分类型 1例 ,p5 3染色阴性。结论 早期高分化型胃癌组织学分类与 p5 3基因蛋白无相关性
Purpose There are many researches on the mutation of p5 3 gene in gastric cancer, and to study whether histopathology of early well-differentiated gastric cancer is related to p5 3 gene mutation through special immunohistochemical staining. Methods Fifty cases of well-differentiated gastric cancer specimens surgically resected were fixed with formalin and embedded in paraffin for 6 consecutive slices, each of which had a thickness of 3 μm. Conventional hematoxylin and eosin staining and special immunohistochemical staining (GOS, 45M 1, ConA III, HID AB, MUC 2, CD10, p5 3). Results The positive rate of p53 in early well-differentiated gastric cancer was 42.0% (21/50) in this group, including 4 cases of gastric differentiated gastric cancer (2 cases of pyloric glandular type and 2 cases of crypt epithelial type) The positive rate of p5 3 staining was 50.0% (2/4). There were 27 cases of enteric differentiation type gastric cancer (11 cases of complete intestinal type and 16 cases of incomplete intestinal type), and the positive rate of p5 3 staining was 44.4% (12 / 2 7). There were 18 cases of mixed differentiated gastric cancer (11 cases of type Ⅰ and 7 of type Ⅱ), and the positive rate of p5 3 staining was 38.9% (7/18). One case could not be classified and the other was p5 3 negative. Conclusion There is no correlation between histological classification of early well-differentiated gastric cancer and p5 3 gene protein
