介绍了基于变压器可控负载的新型消弧线圈的结构和原理,在此基础上分析了整套装置的控制系统设计。该消弧线圈实现电感调节的原理是:将电压型PWM逆变器作为变压器二次侧的受控负载,通过控制逆变器的输出实现变压器一次侧等效电抗的调节。控制器基于DSP和CPLD数字芯片,DSP实现逆变器驱动脉冲的计算和生成,CPLD实现对逆变器的多重保护功能。详细分析了控制系统实现自动调谐、逆变器输出电流控制及整机协调与联机通信的方法。最后,试验结果证明了该消弧系统能够准确、有效地补偿电网对地电容电流,验证了整个控制方案的正确性。
The structure and principle of a new arc suppression coil based on the controllable load of the transformer are introduced. Based on the analysis, the control system design of the whole device is analyzed. The principle of inductance adjustment of the arc suppression coil is that the voltage type PWM inverter is taken as the controlled load on the secondary side of the transformer and the output voltage of the inverter is used for regulating the primary side equivalent reactance of the transformer. The controller based on DSP and CPLD digital chip, DSP to achieve inverter drive pulse calculation and generation, CPLD to achieve multiple protection of the inverter. A detailed analysis of the control system to achieve automatic tuning, inverter output current control and machine coordination and on-line communication methods. Finally, the test results show that the arc suppression system can accurately and effectively compensate the grid-to-ground capacitive current and verify the correctness of the control scheme.
