采用区带电泳的方法提取人精液特异性抗原，制备抗人精液抗体，该抗体特异性强，能从混合斑中将业斑物质提取出来，再用凝集抑制试验判定精斑ＡＢＯ血型。研究结果表明，该方法简便，准确，特异性强，在性犯罪中，对检测精斑ＡＢＯ血型，确定犯罪分子具有一定的实用价值
The method of zonal electrophoresis was used to extract human sperm-specific antigen to prepare anti-human semen antibody. The antibody was of high specificity and could be extracted from the mixed plaque. Then the ABO blood type was determined by agglutination inhibition test. The results show that the method is simple, accurate and specific. In sexual crimes, it has certain practical value for detecting ABO blood type of semen and determining criminals
