采用琼脂稀释法测定了5种抗菌剂对201株淋病奈瑟氏球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果检出4株为产β-内酰胺酶菌株(PPNG),对青霉素和四环素的耐药率分别为57.2%和82.6%,其MIC90均已超过耐药界限(MIC=1μg/ml)。35株耐环丙沙星,其中15株同时对青霉素和四环素有耐药性。对大观霉素和头孢曲松的敏感性最高,分别为99%和100%,但检出2株耐大观霉素菌株,头孢曲松MIC50、MIC90明显高于国内外报道,应引起高度重视
The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of 5 antibacterial agents against 201 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were determined by agar dilution method. Results Four isolates were identified as PPNG. The resistance rates to penicillin and tetracycline were 57.2% and 82.6%, respectively, and their MIC90 were beyond the resistance limit (MIC = 1μg / ml). 35 resistant to ciprofloxacin, of which 15 were simultaneously resistant to penicillin and tetracycline. The sensitivity to spectinomycin and ceftriaxone was the highest (99% and 100%, respectively). However, two strains of spectinomycin resistant to penicillin were detected.
