电台电源综合监测保护设计,需要满足常规的过流保护、过压保护以及过流保护。在满足保护条件时,要求能自动快速切断电源,保护电台电源以及电台的线路板。描述了通过常见的保险丝、稳压二极管、运放、功率MOS管等低成本器件来实现电台电源过流、过压、欠压的保护性设计技术。整个综合监测保护系统所使用的基准电压和工作电压也采用极为常见稳压二极管和SMPS电源来实现。最后结合实际应用,介绍该保护设计的实现及其使用效果。
Radio power monitoring integrated protection design, need to meet the conventional over-current protection, over-voltage protection and over-current protection.
