世界卫生组织将人的健康定义为生理、心理的健康和对社会的良好适应。中小学生的健康问题,越来越引起社会各方的关注。传统的学校健康教育因存在重视程度不够、教师素质偏低等问题而教学效果低下,如何创新学校健康教育,提高健康教育的有效性便成了中小学健康教育工作者面临的难题。本文通过对菜单式健康教育课程构建过程的阐述,剖析可能遇到的问题,并提出相应对策,希望对健康教育工作者创新学校健康教育有所启发
The World Health Organization defines human health as physical, mental health and well-adapted society. The health problems of primary and secondary school students have drawn more and more attention from all sectors of society. The traditional school health education has low teaching effect due to insufficient attention and low quality of teachers. How to innovate school health education and improve the effectiveness of health education has become a difficult problem for primary and secondary health education workers. This essay analyzes the problems that may be encountered through the elaboration of course construction of menu-based health education, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in the hope of inspiring health educators to innovate the school health education
