本文介绍一种工作在X波段并依靠静磁波(MSW)在外延(YIG)膜上传播的10路滤波器组合的结构和作用,还研究了两种滤波技术。首先对这种滤波器在上述应用中的反射组合进行了试验,但是得出的结论是,在当时发展这种技术是不适当的。另一种技术使用了10个参差调谐的窄带静磁正向体波(MFVW)延迟线,这些延迟线由一个具有独立输出端的公用输入换能器馈电。这一方案具有接近子达到本装置目的的各种特点。
This paper presents the structure and function of a 10-way filter combiner operating in the X-band and propagating on an epitaxial (YIG) film using a magnetostatic wave (MSW). Two filtering techniques are also studied. At first, the reflection combination of this filter in the above application was tested, but it was concluded that it was not appropriate to develop this technique at the time. Another technique uses 10 tuned tuned narrow-band magnetostatic positive body-wave (MFVW) delay lines fed by a common input transducer with a separate output. This solution has various features close to the purpose of the device.
