对１９７５年２月４日海城７．３级地震后的异常进行了逐项分析与讨论，发现有些震后异常与后续营口６．０级地震、唐山７．８级地震有比较可信的内在联系。在归纳海城地震震后异常特征的基础上，提出了６条在同类条件下对预报后续地震可能具有普遍意义的意见
The anomalies after the MS 7.3 Haicheng earthquake on February 4, 1975 are analyzed and discussed one by one. It is found that some post-earthquake anomalies are credible compared with the subsequent Ms6.0 Yingkou earthquake and the MS7.8 Tangshan earthquake inner relationship. On the basis of summarizing the anomalous features after the Haicheng earthquake, we put forward six opinions that may have universal meaning for predicting subsequent earthquakes under similar conditions
