对硬质合金磨削液的集中净化循环工艺进行了初步设计,并对其主要设备及自动控制系统的选择进行了分析研究,指出采用PE烧结微滤膜过滤系统并辅以PLC控制,可达到保证硬质合金磨削质量、减少废液排放及提高磨削生产经济效益的预期目的。
