目的:探讨膀胱白斑临床特点及诊治方法。方法:采用经尿道电切术治疗膀胱白斑18例,术后辅以膀胱内药物灌注5例。结果:出院后16例患者症状消失,2例减轻,随访3~24个月,未见复发。结论:经尿道电切治疗膀胱白斑手术方法简单,易于掌握,创伤小,术后辅以膀胱内药物灌注是治疗的有效方法。 Objective: To investigate the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment of bladder leukoplakia. Methods: Twenty-eight cases of bladder leukoplakia were treated by transurethral resection of the bladder and 5 cases were treated with intravesical drug infusion. Results: The symptoms of 16 patients disappeared after discharge and 2 patients were relieved. The patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months without recurrence. Conclusion: Transurethral electrosurgery for the treatment of bladder leukoplakia is simple, easy to grasp, small trauma, postoperative intravesical drug infusion is an effective method of treatment.
