0.引言液压系统漏油会造成液压量减少且不能建立正常油压,导致系统不能正常工作。液压系漏油有外漏和内漏2种情况。内漏主要是液压系内部的油泵、油缸、分配器等产生泄漏造成的;外漏主要是油管破裂、接头松动、紧固不严密等情况等造成的。内漏的故障不易被发现,有时还需借助仪器进行检测和调整,才能排除。1.液压系统内泄漏的主要部位及原因可归纳以下几种1.1齿轮油泵相关部位严重磨损或装配错误
